The founder, Rupali Gulati, is the principal consultant at Synergy Immigration Inc. She has more than 23 years of experience with Canadian immigration. Rupali has worked as an IRCC Case Analysis Officer at the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi, India and thereafter, on the other side of the table. She has in-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, rules, programs, and how to apply for them. She has an innate understanding of the Canadian immigration system from both the government's perspective as well as the perspective of applicants. Rupali and her team have helped many people successfully apply for immigration. This includes reuniting families, bringing in skilled workers, helping businesses bring over skilled workers from overseas and handling complicated applications of entrepreneurs from around the world to start their business in Canada and move to Canada.

Rupali serves as an Adjunct Professor at Queen’s University, one of the only two universities offering the Graduate Diploma in Immigration Law, where she teaches aspiring immigration consultants. Additionally, she contributes her time as a volunteer on the Education Committee for the Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). She frequently serves as a speaker at CAPIC's educational conferences, where she shares insights about the intricacies of Canadian immigration programs, offering valuable lessons for fellow immigration consultants.
